Monday Night RAW

After another amazing performance by Smackdown on the last PPV RAW has a lot of catching up to do before is just impossible to recover.

Sasha Banks Opens Raw

Interesting to see Womans title getting such a spot light. Kudos to creative for that.

Kofi Kingston vs. Cesaro

Average match but I’m sure they can do way better. Are days numbered for New Day’s reign? I believe so.

5/10

Bayley vs. Cami Fields

Nothing special on the match but the potential Dana/Bayley feud. Huge opportunity for Dana although I fear she’ll end up on the losing side of it. Still she can shine and look good during the feud.

5/10

Lince Dorado and Sin Cara vs. Drew Gulak and Tony Nese

This is what Sin Cara needed for sure. Kalisto would have benefited as well. Still waiting for creative to work on the cruiser’s staries and character development.

Relying on their good ring work just goes not far enough.

5/10

Mick Foley and Stephanie McMahon Address Hell in a Cell

Those matches could be epic. Good move from RAW there.

The Club Attacks Enzo Amore and Big Cass

The Club is being pushed in the right direction. Not sure how strong Enzo and Cass are in the division to make this relevant. It will give them some attention for sure.

Sami Zayn and Neville vs. Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas

Sami and Neville trying to get out of limbo with this team. Facing the Outcasts is not going to help…

5/10

R-Truth vs. Titus O’Neil

I can see the train wreck from miles away…

4/10

Braun Strowman in Action

Please wake me up when he actualy has a real match…

3/10

Roman Reigns and Sasha Banks vs. Rusev and Charlotte

At least a solid match.

8/10

Paul Heyman Addresses Goldberg

RAW is bringing the heavy artillery to try and get out of the deep hole they are. This might do it, but for how long?

T.J. Perkins vs. Ariya Daivari

A bit better, but still lots of work to be done on the division. It has been mishandled for the most part. The momentum coming from the Cruiserweight Classic is long gone.

6/10

Seth Rollins vs. Chris Jericho

Match with big stakes for sure.

Another solid match that opens lots of dors to creative with Jericho on the mix, waiting for the right time to strike.

8/10

Conclusion

Another show on the same path as previous ones. 1-2 solid matches (2 on this show) and lots of filler matches with almost not story behind them. That has been the formula for disaster and keeps being the same. Some sparkles of possible shining moments and feuds, but with the current creative’s record my hopes are really low they’ll make them really shine.
